Customer brought to us his Presonus ADL 700 channel strip or microphone preamp, with a complaint of Noisy Output. Our chief technician evaluated the unit but was not able to replicate or duplicate customer’s complaint. We asssessed no charges beyond our diagnostic minimum and returned the product to the customer.
