The Williams Overture III keyboard is a full 88-key, graded, hammer-action keyboard. This keyboard was designed to have the look and feel of a classic piano. This unit has all the bells and whistles, including a Bluetooth feature, that allows you to stream music from a Bluetooth device to play along with.
Customer brought the product into us for warranty work by the manufacturer’s referral as we are the authorized service center. The unit shut off on the customer then turned back on with an “Update Firmware” message on the screen, then it locked up on “Insert USB”. Our technicians were able to quickly identify the problem as being a defective CPU PCB: basically, the brain of the unit. We requested a replacement part from the manufacturer, got it in, replaced it, and the unit took the update and played perfectly fine and back to manufacturer’s specifications she went. Repaired piano!
