From January 2021 Customer brought to us his McIntosh MVP891 disc player, with complaint of an error message. We diagnosed faulty transverse assembly. Item was sourced direct from McIntosh, repaired and restored, and released to customer with standard warranty.

From April 2021 Customer brought to us his Sears Silvertone 3050 vintage console stereo for restoration and repair. We assessed as needing various services. We replaced the power cord and several circuit elements and released unit to the customer with our standard warranty.

From September 2021 Customer brought his Yamaha P-80 keyboard or digital piano in for repair, with a complaint of “one note sticks on.” We assessed faulty DM board, got OK, ordered and replaced it, and released unit to customer with standard warranty.

From November 2021 Customer brought to us their Sony Megastorage 300CD player for service, with a complaint of Won’t Play, Discs Stuck Inside. We diagnosed the unit as requiring replacement of belts, mechanism alignments and cleaning of optical pickup. November 2021 Customer brought to us his Sony mega storage 400-disc cd/DVD player for service, with complaints of frozen screen and partial display. We found only cleaning of optical pickup assembly was indicated; we quoted customer, got approval, and released unit with our standard warranty.
