From November 2021
Customer brought to us their Sony Megastorage 300CD player for service, with a complaint of Won’t Play, Discs Stuck Inside. We diagnosed the unit as requiring replacement of belts, mechanism alignments and cleaning of optical pickup. We quoted the job, got approval, and released the unit repaired to customer with our standard warranty.
